PE91 MEETING WITH TROY HAYES

Cllr Carol Williams and Deputy Clerk Enza Small met with Troy Hayes on Friday 8^th December to discuss the areas of concern to focus on, with regards to the Local Plan. The meeting was constructive, a number of issues and documents were raised to Troy Hayes attention. Troy Hayes suggested Cllr C Williams list these concerns and raise them at the TWBC Full Council meeting on 13^th December. Troy Hayes is awaiting the next consultation date that will be in January/February 2024.

NATIONAL HIGHWAY & TRANSPORT SURVEY 2023-2024

A reminder that the Planning & Environment committee decided PWTC will submit a response. The closing date for this is the Saturday 24^th February 2024, so the committee will look at the questionnaire, on Monday 2^nd January 2024 Planning Meeting and create a draft response together.
