PADDOCK WOOD NEIGHBOURHOOD DEVELOPMENT PLAN – EXTENSION OF REGULATION 16 CONSULTATION TO 14 NOVEMBER 2022
This is to inform you that Paddock Wood Town Council submitted the Paddock Wood Neighbourhood Development Plan to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council on 5 August 2022 in accordance with Regulation 15 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
In accordance with Regulation 16, Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is inviting representations on the Paddock Wood Neighbourhood Development Plan for an additional three weeks of the original consultation period, closing at 5pm on 14 November 2022.
All representations received from this consultation will be forwarded to an independent Examiner appointed to examine the Neighbourhood Plan.
The submitted Plan and supporting documents can be viewed on the Borough Council’s website at https://tunbridgewells.gov.uk/planning/planning-policy/neighbourhood-plans/paddock-wood or on the Paddock Wood Consultation Page.
A paper copy will be available for viewing by appointment at the Paddock Wood Town Council offices at The Podmore Building, St. Andrews Road, Paddock Wood, TN12 6GT. Please email the Clerk at clerk@paddockwoodtc.co.uk to arrange an appointment.
A paper copy will also be on deposit at the Town Hall, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1RS. Please email neighbourhoodplans@tunbridgewells.gov.uk to arrange an appointment.
The easiest way to submit comments on the Paddock Wood Neighbourhood Development Plan is online via the Consultation Portal. Alternatively, please complete the Response Form below and submit your comments in the following ways:
