Loss of current amenities for the current dwellers of the flats, such as the garden area. Current parking will be affected and intensified. Not sufficient parking for the current flats, new homes, and visitors for all properties. Will cause overflow onto Church Road. The sewage in this area has already been compromised, concerns with how further properties will affect this. CARRIED unanimously |
