Orchard Place Farm Pearsons Green Road Paddock Wood Tonbridge Kent TN12 6NY | Construction of 2 no holiday let log cabins to be used in association with the existing fishery | Cllr C Williams proposed,
Cllr D Dray seconded:
NO OBJECTION, Subject to the cabins being used for holiday use only and not permanent residency. Possibly set as a condition. To confirm how the utilities will be connected and where and how the sewage plant will be situated.

23/02531/FULL | Mile Oak Stables Mile Oak Road Paddock Wood Tonbridge Kent TN12 6NG | Change of use of the land for the stationing of 5 additional holiday lodges for seasonal accommodation. Siting of mobile shower / toilet block, and relocation of waste tank. Associated hard and soft landscaping.
|
Cllr C Williams proposed,
Cllr D Dray seconded:
OBJECT, On grounds of lack of information; Confirmation needed on the waste tank plan and its location. Drainage strategy for the additional surface water that will be created by further hardstanding. Concerns it will affect the Elm Tree field, an area that already has drainage issues with surface water. Lack of ample parking for the lodges. 1 parking space is provided per lodge but no detail of further parking for second cars/visitors etc. Access to local facilities will be heavily car based as there are no pedestrian paths or lighting in this area. Confirmation the lodges will not be used as permanent residents. Sole use of site is specified by the Caravan Club, so the caravan pitches already in situ will be affected by the potential lodges.
