OBJECT on the grounds of insufficient information. The application form does not provide any information on how the sewage will be collected/removed. It also states there are no hedges or trees on the proposed development which is incorrect, as confirmed in pictures and the environment document. The General Environment Report identifies bats roosting in a T1 tree at the entrance of the plot. It also states this tree will be removed during the potential development, contradicting the support it offers to the current wildlife. PWTC recommends a more in-depth bat survey and wildlife survey may be needed, to confirm roosting is not taking place in the current buildings as there are no internal photos of them in any of the documentation uploaded. There is a contradiction in terms of redeveloping these buildings as they will need to replace the buildings as they are currently too shallow, in comparison to the application plans. It is unclear as to what will be left of the original buildings.
