MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE held on Monday 27th September 2021at 7 PM.

PRESENT: Cllr D Boyle, in the Chair

IN ATTENDANCE: Mrs N Reay, Town Clerk

PER1 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
There were no declarations of interest.
PER2 ELECTION OF COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN & VICE CHAIRMAN.
Cllr Flashman proposed, Cllr Moon seconded:
Cllr Boyle should be re-elected as chairman
CARRIED unanimously
Cllr Boyle proposed, Cllr Flashman seconded:
That Cllr Turk should be re-elected as vice chairman
CARRIED unanimously
Cllr Boyle proposed from the chair the following:
Under section 1 (2) of the Public Bodies (admission to meetings) Act 1960 the following items should be exempt from the press and public.

PER3 Cllr Boyle proposed, Cllr Flashman seconded:
That both the Deputy Clerk and Administrative Assistant should receive a bonus in recognition of their support to the council over the summer.
CARRIED unanimously
Members considered the Clerk’s report and recommendations
Cllr Boyle proposed, Cllr Moon seconded:
That the Administrative Assistant’s position should be re-graded to RFO/Assistant Clerk on 15 hours/week, SCP 24 subject to review in line with the Council’s Appraisal Policy.
CARRIED unanimously
