To APPROVE the minutes of the meeting held on 26th June 2023
GOV7 To review the following documents:
a) Community Engagement Policy
b) Email Policy
c) Member/officer relationships protocol – the Town Council has signed the Civility and Respect Pledge By signing the Pledge, the council is agreeing that it will treat councillors, clerks, employees, members of the public, and representatives of partner organisations and volunteers with civility and respect in their roles. A model Councillor Officer protocol has been published by NALC which members are asked to consider adopting. This also includes a press and media protocol which should be reviewed alongside the Council’s existing Press and Media Policy.
d) Personal Use of IT Equipment
e) Procedure for Borough and County Council Questions.
f) Protocol for attending meetings.
g) Adverse Weather Plan – To review the plan and the recommendations from the Estates Committee.
