NOTICE OF A MEETING OF PADDOCK WOOD TOWN COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON Monday 20^th June 2022 at 7.45 pm in The Day Centre, Commercial Road, Paddock Wood

Residents do not need to attend a meeting to ask a question of the Council. Questions can be sent at any time to the Council offices using the details above.

BOROUGH & COUNTY COUNCILLORS UPDATE (10 minutes)

Town Councillors should submit questions a week in advance, if possible, to the Borough/County Councillor concerned (copied to the Town Clerk).

C21     MATTERS ARISING FROM THE PREVIOUS MINUTES

2022. Climate change working party – the group will be meeting on the 23^rd June 2022. Terms of Reference have not yet been drawn up for the group and these will need to be determined by the Governance Committee.

C22     FINANCE

(a)       To NOTE the receipts list voucher nos: 1 – 101

(b)       To APPROVE the payments list voucher nos: 959 – 975 & 1 – 268

(c)        To APPROVE the annual accounts

(d)       To NOTE internal auditors report.  This would be referred to the next Finance Committee meeting for review.

(e)       To APPROVE & SIGN the Annual Governance Statement

(f)        To APPROVE & SIGN the Annual Accounting statements.

(g)       To APPROVE the Variable Direct Debit list

(h)       To APPROVE the Risk Management Document

(h)       To review the bank signatories.  At present the following members are signatories to the bank account Cllrs Boyle, Flashman, Hamilton, Moon, Turk & Williams.
