F10     DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

F11     MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING

            To APPROVE the minutes from the previous meeting held on 21^st June 2023.

The meeting scheduled for 27^th November 2023 was inquorate therefore no decisions were made. Members did however discuss the budget figures and ask questions of the RFO.

F12     UPDATE FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES

The following were reported on the agenda for the meeting scheduled for the 27^th November.

1. RESERVES

The current balance in the reserve accounts as of 31^st October 2023 is as follows:

£604,465.37

1. b) CURRENT ACCOUNT

The balance of the current account as of the 31^st October 2023 is £450,924.37

1. c) RPI & CPI

According to the Office of National Statistics the figures for September are as follows: RPI = 8.9%    CPI = 6.7%

F13     BUDGET 2024/25

To consider the attached budget figures and notes.

F14     PRECEPT

To AGREE the precept for 2024/2025.

The budget and precept will be referred to Full Council on the 15^th January 2024 for APPROVAL.
