Both the KCC Try Angle Awards and PW Young Person of the Year Award Nominations are now open.

Do you know a young person who really tries to do their best?  Have you noticed examples of perserverance, excellence or exceptional achievements from a young person during the difficult period of Covid-19 lockdown this year.  If so nominate them for a Try Angle award, so they can gain the recognition they deserve.

Paddock Wood Youth Council are looking for nominations for their Young Person of the Year.

Paddock Wood Youth Council and invited judges representing community organisations are seeking to present the young person of the year award to someone aged 11-18 who has made a contribution to their community.  You can nominate any young person aged 11-18 who lives in Paddock Wood for the Paddock Wood Young Person of the Year Award. 

Reasons for nominating could include; 
– Helping a group or an individual
– Raising money for a good cause
– Doing something to help the environment
– Achievements in music, sport or school 
– Inspiring other young people
– Overcoming difficult situations
