It is with deep sorrow that Her Majesty The Queen announces the death of her beloved husband, His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
His Royal Highness passed away peacefully this morning at Windsor Castle.
Further announcements will be made in due course.
The Royal Family join with people around the world in mourning his loss.

Should you wish to offer your condolences you may do so online through the TWBC website from 9am on Saturday 10 April book of condolence or at royal.uk. The Tunbridge Wells Gateway will be happy to receive letters of condolence if people are not able to access the online Book.
The Royal Household has requested that members of the public do not leave floral tributes or gather in public places to offer their respects. The Palace has suggested that people could donate to charity instead, if they wish to do so.
