21 Kiln Way, Paddock Wood, Tonbridge, Kent, TN12 6LF Two-storey side extension, replacement of rear conservatory with single storey rear extension & addition of front porch Residents comments:

·         The development will remove a first-time buyers/affordable property in the future.

·         The public notice only went up on the 7th of January 2025

·         The extension will alter the vision of the road on an awkward bend. It will create a poor site line for traffic and pedestrians.

·         There are several service strips on the road that KCC take care of. Is one of these on the front of this development?

Cllr C Williams proposed, Cllr D Dray seconded:

No objection to the development of the house, apart from the proximity to the boundary where this is no footpath. The property may cause issues with the site vision for cars and pedestrians. Would like KCC Highways opinion on this development.

Carried unanimously.
