Paddock Wood Town Councils original comment on application 23/03128/FULL still stands in relation to water, sewage and infrastructure.
Further comments are below: · The potential development is outside the Limits to Build Development of Paddock Wood
· The application is positioned within a rural area with listed buildings, so any development on the site should keep in character of surrounding buildings and should not be intrusive within the local landscape setting.
· An ecological survey of the area should be included to determine if the potential development would have a harmful impact on wildlife, including any protected species.
