a)22/01335/FULL | Lake House Knowle Lane Brenchley Tonbridge Kent TN12 7BQ | Driveway and new access onto Knowle Road (part retrospective) | Cllr C Williams proposed and Cllr M Ridger seconded that the Council have no objection to this application. Unanimous. |
b)23/00513/FULL | Broadoaks Willow Lane Paddock Wood Tonbridge Kent TN12 6NL | Retention of use of the land for the keeping of horses, erection of two detached stable buildings with associated hard and soft landscaping | Cllr C Williams proposed and Cllr M Ridger seconded that the Council object to this application on the following grounds:
· The applicant has no viable proposal for dealing with foul run off from the manure heaps and dirty stable hay that will be generated by the stables. The proposal suggests used of the local sewer network to deal with this, this is not permitted for this type of foul water AND there is no local sewer network at this location. · The proposal suggests the use of soakaways for dealing with surface water , this is not viable on the heavy clay covering this whole area. Unanimous. |
