No objection pending Surface Water Management is in place from the additional roof space, to ensure it does not go into the fowl drains as this is an area of sewage flooding during heavy rainfall. Town Council recommend the cladding is a colour and material that blends in with the existing building. Slight concern the proposed ensuite may obstruct some natural light from the neighbouring property.
