MINUTES OF A MEETING OF the Planning and Environment Committee held on Monday 17th of October 2022 at 7.00 pm at the Day Centre Commercial Road

The minutes of the  of the meeting held on Monday 3rd of October 2022 were APPROVED.

e)22/02660/FULL Mile Oak Stables Mile Oak Road Paddock Wood Tonbridge Kent TN12 6NG Conversion of existing stables to residential dwellinghouse (Class C3) Cllr Williams proposed, Cllr Mackie seconded: Objection for the following reasons:

There has been no identified need for additional traveller plots in Paddock Wood, increase in traffic, the area is prone to flooding.  A condition was placed on the 2016 permission that the stables should be removed if, they were no longer required

CARRIED unanimously
