The minutes of the meeting held on Monday 3^rd June 2024 at 7.45pm have been APPROVED.

PE14 CHAIRMANS UPDATE

Local Plan – Troy Hayes will be representing PWTC at the upcoming Local Plan Hearings this week. Troy Hayes requested 2 seats at the desk, it has however been confirmed that only 1 seat will be allowed. Troy Hayes has suggested Councillors attending can sit near him to pass any needed information, or hot desk. Cllr C Williams will be attending the first hearing date on Tuesday 18^th June (Matter 1).

Cllr C Williams will ask Paddock Wood Borough Councillors to see if the updated lists of applications Tunbridge Wells send to the Borough Councillors, can then be passed onto PWTC.

Deputy clerk will collect a handful of previous permitted applications, so members can see why applications are passing when PWTC have felt the need to object.
