NOTICE OF A MEETING OF PADDOCK WOOD TOWN COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON Monday 17th February 2025 at 7.45 pm in The Day Centre, Commercial Road, Paddock Wood

Residents do not need to attend a meeting to ask a question of the Council. Questions can be sent at any time to the Council offices using the details above.

C117 MATTERS ARISING FROM THE PREVIOUS MINUTES NOT COVERED ELSEWHERE
(a) C103 – the council’s comments regarding the parking strategy have been sent to the leader of the council.
(b) The Annual Town Meeting is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 9th April 2025 in the Community Centre. Cllr Matt Lowe Cabinet Member for Planning at TWBC has accepted the Council’s invitation to attend. He has offered to carry out a presentation with a Q & A session afterwards. He will be accompanied by a Borough Officer.
(c) C113 – a response has not yet been received regarding the council’s letter of complaint.

Wood land burial – To consider the attached report & information from the Deputy Clerk.
If members agree to the proposal, then this could be put to the Borough Council put in a request to developers to allocate land.
